The Rundown.
Welcome.
Thank you for taking the time to check out this site. It’s about to get exciting around here. Feel free to kick back, take a deep breath and know you are not alone in your journey. Marriage is challenging but it is possible, even in the hard places.
I’m walking through year five of marriage. Don’t write me off just yet if you’re ahead of me. I’m not a marriage counselor nor do I assume to have all the answers. I’m seeking unity with other wives, to share what wisdom God has granted me thus far, to learn from well-seasoned wives, and just walk this out together building each other up while gaining a little inspiration and insight along the way.
I pray your walk with Christ be strengthened to an unexplainable depth in the process, that maybe it isn’t solely about our marriages anyway, yet our personal walk with our precious Savior.
Feel free to look around the site if you haven’t already. I find it vital that you understand the very purpose for which this blog exists before we dive in. The Meet Meag and Meaghan’s Mission pages are great places to start.
The next step is to subscribe with your name and email in order to be the first to receive each post. Be at peace knowing I will only be posting twice a week. Monday posts will be “life posts” stemming from my personal walk or at times, life experiences of others. Thursday posts will be called “Thirsty Thursday”. We all need a little replenishing by Thursday, amen? They will be posts derived from one specific verse to speak life to weary and just plain tired areas of our lives.
Last but not least, visit my contact page if there is anything specific you feel led to share with me. Whether it be suggestions of things you would like to see in the future of this ministry/website. Maybe you need prayer for where you are, hurting and in despair or in a good place and yearning to go deeper. Do you have a testimony you would like to share with me? Whatever it may be, the contact page is here for a purpose so please, feel free to use it. There is no shame here. We are in this together. I can’t say it enough. I am FOR you and your marriage.
If you have a friend or family member you feel could use a little marital pick-me-up each week, please take advantage of your social media resources to get the word out that other wives may join alongside us.
Looking forward to May 16th, friend. Until then….blessings to each of you.
